SoulCollage®

Create a unique deck of colourful SoulCollage® cards with deep personal meaning.

Consult your cards, discover your inner wisdom and find answers to life’s questions.

Anyone can enjoy this fun, powerful and satisfying method!

SoulCollage® is a creative and therapeutic practice that involves making and using a collection of personal cards for self-exploration, growth, and healing.  It is an inclusive and holistic way to self acceptance and self understanding.

Your SoulCollage® Deck is the Story of You!

Cards are made intuitively and require no artistic talent. The process involves creating your own deck by collaging a small number of images onto a background to make individual cards, each representing a part of your personality, spirituality or the people you know or have positively influenced your life. As you build your deck your cards can be organised into four suits (Council, Committee, Community and Companions).

SoulCollage® is also a great integration practice following Holotropic breathwork, psychedelic sessions, dreams, therapy or other experiences yielding key insights. See my Art & Integration Page for other creative ideas .

Images created are normally private but have a look at my Pinterest board for a flavour.

See the Groups/Events page to learn this practice for yourself or join others in making cards.

More About SoulCollage®

What happens during a SoulCollage® session?

A typical session follows the following format:
  • Brief introductions and opening meditation.
  • An overview of the approach.
  • An opportunity to make and dialogue with a quick card.
  • Some work in groups of three, where we practice asking a question to four different cards. One asks the question, another scribes whilst each person takes it in turn to answer from the voice of their cards.
  • An opportunity to share your experience.

How do I work with my cards?

  • Cards can be consulted, individually or as a 4-card reading, to explore questions, inner-conflicts, relationships and other areas of personal/spiritual development.
  • When asking a question you reflect on the answer the image on each of a selection of cards would give you. You start your response with "I am One who..."
  • The practice can be done individually and is particularly powerful in communities who come to together to make cards and work in small groups.
